Code you write while completing challenges belongs to you. You may use it in your portfolio, share it publicly, or use it in commercial projects. However, you may not resell the challenge materials themselves.

- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
- Share your account credentials or challenge materials with others
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the challenge content
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FrontendCheck shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
